An attractive vintage 9ct gold and diamond stick pin.
A 9ct yellow gold stick pin with a star shaped terminal set with a single diamond chip.
The stick pin also known as a tie or cravat pin started out its journey in the early 19th century as a staple of a wealthy gentleman's attire, securing a scarf or cravat, they later became popular with ladies too being worn on a lapel or to secure a scarf.
