Vintage 9ct gold drop earrings, Turquoise, Victorian revival

A truly stunning pair of vintage 9ct gold Etruscan revival style earrings.

They are drop earrings, oval shaped with beading and beautiful reconstituted turquoise cabochons.

Suspended from a 9ct gold ear wire fitting.

The Etruscan revival manner was also known as the archeological movement, jewellery inspired by the archeological finds in Italy during an excavation in the mid to late 19th century, later in the 20th century there was another revival of these styles often referred to collectively as Victorian revival.

There is just so much detail on this pair and they really are very pretty.

No jewellery box is complete without a good pair of vintage drop earrings and these make a wonderful gift for the lover of antique jewels.

They are lightweight and easy to wear.
