A beautiful and unusual antique, Victorian era Ruby and Diamond ring in 15ct yellow gold.
This beautiful ring is a band style ring with a channel gemstone set face, the shoulders have a unique geometric cut out design which makes this piece really stand out.
It is set to the centre with a cushion cut Ruby with old cut diamonds either side and a further two rubies, the diamond weight is less than 0.10ct total.
The rubies have a pinkish hue and the gold has that lovely rich old tone to it found only on antique pieces.
It has a smooth 15ct yellow gold band.
This beautiful antique ring stacks well with other rings but looks just as stunning worn alone.
The ring is fully hallmarked for 15ct gold, Birmingham assay office, 1882.
Condition:
Good used condition overall, minor surface wear, commensurate with age, surface scratches and general wear.
