Such a magic and mystical antique moonstone ring!
This ring is like wearing a little crystal ball on your hand, the moonstone is a complete sphere and it rolls smoothly within the setting which gives it a very interesting angle.
The moonstone sphere is claw set to the centre and the ring has a nice smooth band in a rich aged rose gold.
A solitaire pinky style ring the stones are usually oval or cabochon cuts but the perfect moonstone sphere really makes this a mystic beauty.
Marks and era:
Unmarked electronically tests as 9ct gold, Art Deco era, c1910s
Condition:
Good used condition overall, some age commensurate surface wear and signs of use, some minor wear to the claws, stone is more an opaque than clear, previous resize evident to the band.
