You can't help but be charmed by the history and mystery of this antique intaglio seal ring.
The ring is composed of a Lapis Lazuli Georgian era intaglio seal on a later antique 15ct gold shank.
The lapis Lazuli has lots of gold running through front and back and is engraved with a crest and motto to the front, the motto on latin is very worn so I can't make out the words, it features a branch and coptic cross as the crest and is housed in the original 9ct gold bezel frame.
Such an interesting antique piece this makes the perfect pinky ring.

Georgian era seal c1800s, Edwardian era shank stamped 15ct

Ring face 16.1mm length, band 2.7mm
Condition:
Good used condition overall, light surface wear commensurate with age and use, lapis Lazuli intaglio with rubbing and wear, smoothed down.
