Antique 9ct gold Lucky Horseshoe seal fob pendant, Bloodstone

This gorgeous antique novelty gold seal fob pendant is so much fun!

Beautifully modelled as a horseshoe and hoof print with a fancy curb link design encompassing the fob in rich 9ct yellow gold, the reverse is set with a smooth polished Bloodstone cut in a horseshoe shape.

The matrix is not engraved so could be personalised if desired.

Lots of detailing has gone into this charming little piece, it is perfect for adding to a necklace stack as a small pendant or as a larger charm.

Horseshoes and hoofs were closely connected with good luck symbols bringing good luck to the wearer and were also popular in sporting jewellery.

This would make a lovely little gift for the collector too!

Good used condition overall, signs of use and wear commensurate with age, light surface wear, very slight nibbles to the stone edges, overall patina.
