This fine vintage 9ct gold cigar piercer is the perfect functional piece of jewellery.
It would make a magnificent gift for the cigar lover or an interesting addition to a nice antique gold Albert chain.
It is a gorgeous piece, created in the late 1940s, this was someones symbol of luxury and wealth.
Crafted in rich 9ct yellow gold, it is fully hallmarked, a trumpet shape, the piercer made from metal which can be pushed from the wide end of the piece, the top has a gold jump ring attached so it can be hung from your favourite antique chain or necklace.
Marks and era:
Fully hallmarked for 9ct gold, Birmingham assay office, 1949.

Condition:
Good used condition overall, light surface wear commensurate with age, marks slightly rubbed, a few very tiny dings.
