Victorian Sapphire and Pearl ring, 15ct gold

A stunning antique, mid Victorian Sapphire and Pearl ring.

Rich 15ct yellow gold with deep engraved shoulders and a channel set face of rich blue sapphires and creamy white pearls.

The colours contrasting with each other beautifully, this ring is a stunner alone or due to the shape could easily be stacked with other rings.

It is fully hallmarked for Birmingham assay, 15ct gold, 1876.

It has had a previous resize and has some rough filing on the inner part of the band, not noticeable on the outer band.

Condition:
Good condition overall, light surface wear commensurate with age, some nibbles to the sapphire facets, one pearl slightly larger, possibly a replacement, rough file marks to the inner band.
