This gorgeous antique silver long chain or longuard chain necklace is everything you could hope for in a long chain.
It is a lovely long length chain at 58" and can be easily wrapped around three times making it very versatile and adaptable in length.
It is made from tight curb link and it has a screw type dog clip fastener, this is perfect for hanging your favourite Victorian silver pendants or lockets or a fob or pocket watch.
Marks and era:
Unmarked it tests as sterling silver, Late 19th century, c1890s.
Condition:
Good used condition overall, some Links with wear commensurate with age, some darker areas on the chain, overall patina.
Approx measurements:
Chain length 58"
Links width approx 2.5mm.
Weighs approx 30.15 grams
