These antique Edwardian earrings are simply charming!
Crafted in rich 9ct yellow gold, they are a designed with an A frame drop from the top of the ear wire, the cluster hinged from the bottom.
The drop has two small seed pearls to each side midway down the bars, one small pearl is missing on one but this is hard to notice unless up close.
The drops terminate with a pretty peridot and Pearl cluster, shaped like a flower, the Peridot are a lovely vibrant green, the perfect summery jewel for the August birthstone.
They have a partially closed back and are lightweight and easy to wear, each peridot has an approx 0.25ct weight
Marks and era:
Edwardian era c1900s, test as 9ct gold.
Condition:
Good used condition overall, signs of use and wear, some general surface wear commensurate with age, some light scratches to the peridot, one tiny pearl missing from one bar.
