Antique Garnet gypsy set ring, Star set, 9ct gold

A lovely antique 9ct gold Garnet gypsy or star set ring.

The gold is a cool rose gold with lots of aged patina and the ring has a wonderful bomber shaped chunky face, star set with three rich red, rose cut garnets.

A ever popular style of antique ring these are perfect for stacking or worn alone and they have the sweet celestial hint from the star settings.

Marks and era:
Late Victorian era, band replacement of a similar age, face and most of the band is 9ct, hallmarks worn, partial 18ct gold band replacement.

Condition:
Fair used condition overall, some age commensurate surface wear and signs of use, lots of aged patina to the gold, stones with minor wear and nicks to the facets, half band replacement with 18ct gold, well loved and worn with lots left to give
