A gorgeous vintage 18ct yellow gold and Green Tourmaline cocktail ring.
Retro era c1940s this era saw a rise in popularity of all things big and glam and cocktail rings of many shapes and gemstone were hugely popular.
This beautiful pear cut green Tourmaline is no exception, the light hits the facets beautifully providing the right amount of twinkle and the rich green shade feels natural and calming.
The stone is claw set in an 18ct yellow gold mount with a mid high profile from the finger.
A real showstopper of a ring.
Stamped 18ct to the inner band, Tourmaline approx 2.40ct
Condition:
Good used condition overall, some general surface wear commensurate with age, some light wear to the stone including nibbles around the edges and light scratches, one claw is missing a small section but this does not affect the integrity of the stone as it has double claws.
