An attractive vintage sterling silver and enamel fob pendant.
It is an unusual shaped piece with a column design, the fob has a blue enamel circular rim with lettering picked out in silver, Walthamstow School Sports Association and has a central repousse emblem.
The fob has a silver jump ring attached which is stamped with the lion passant, ready for hanging from your favourite necklace or Albert chain.
It is engraved to the reverse with 2nd Jnr. Relay 1936.
These fobs look great alone or as a collection on a nice chunky chain.
Marks and era:
Fully hallmarked for sterling silver, Birmingham assay office, 1935, maker JF & S.
Condition:
Good used condition overall, some surface wear commensurate with age, aged patina, minor rubbing to the emblem.
Total weight 7.04 grams.
Approx measurements:
1.30" fob length
0.95" fob width
