Vintage Opal five stone ring, 10ct rose gold

A pretty vintage Opal five stone ring.

It features five Opal cabochons adorning the entirety of the first half of the band, often referred to as a half hoop style.

The opals are mostly a milky white with a good play of colour bar the centre stone which has a more clear appearance, this is possibly from water loss.

It is crafted in a warm slightly rose tone 10ct gold with smooth shoulders and band.

Stacks nicely with other rings, a great everyday piece!

Marks and era:
Mid century, c1950s, it is stamped but this is illegible and some marks lost due to a previous resize, tests as approx 10ct gold.

Condition:
Fair used condition overall, some minor surface wear commensurate with age and use, previous resize, central Opal with wear and clear colourway possibly due to water loss / damage
