Vintage Art Deco silver Half Hunter pocket watch
A handsome vintage, Art Deco era sterling silver Half Hunter pocket watch.
A Swiss movement, it is a well made watch with a heavy sterling silver case, the outer cuvette enamelled with dark cobalt blue enamel numerals.
The case is fully hallmarked for sterling silver, Birmingham assay office, 1931, maker Dennison watch case company.
It has a white enamel dial with black roman numerals and black hands, there is a subsidiary second dial with black hands.
The reverse has a smooth plain finish, no engraving so could be personalised if desired to make a great gift.
It is a top wind pocket watch, winding well and ticking and running nicely.
Condition:
Good used condition overall, running and ticking, glass has been replaced with a clear perspex, some wear to the outer case front and back, surface scratches, a small mark to the front.
