It is a circular shaped fob with points like a star or wheel.
It is engraved with a wreath border and the centre features an embossed image of a person playing football.
The fob is engraved on the reverse

Fully hallmarked for sterling silver Chester assay office, 1897.
It does not have a jump ring attached.
Condition:
Fair used condition overall, some surface wear commensurate with age, aged patina, loss of gilt finish mostly to raised points and ages, no jump ring.
Total weight 8.88 grams.
Approx measurements:
1.45" fob length with bale
1.25" fob width
