Antique Silver Sweetheart brooch, 9ct gold, Heart, Knot and Flowers

An attractive and unusual antique sweetheart brooch.

This particular sweetheart brooch really does pack in lots of symbolism.

Crafted in sterling silver, it has applied yellow and Rose gold accents.

The brooch is a bar type brooch with a central openwork engraved heart which has pretty floral features and this passes through the centre of the heart, the flowers and foliage in Rose and Yellow gold.

It has a knot to one side also in Rose gold.

Such a pretty and sentimental piece this would make a lovely gift.

It has an old C type clasp fastener and is fully hallmarked for sterling silver, Birmingham assay office, maker S Bros, date letter worn but c1900

Condition:
Good used condition overall with lots of aged patina.
