A beautiful antique, late Victorian era Ruby and Diamond ring in 15ct yellow gold.
This beautiful ring is a three stone, Gypsy set ring with a rich golden glow and decorative tapering shoulders.
It is set to the centre with a rose cut diamond chip and a has a small antique cushion cut Ruby each side of the diamond.
The rubies have a pinkish red hue and the gold has that lovely rich old tone to it found only on antique pieces.
This beautiful antique ring stacks well with other rings but looks just as stunning worn alone.
It is fully hallmarked for 15ct gold, Chester assay office, 1899.
Condition:
Good used condition overall, minor surface wear, commensurate with age, some thinning to the back of the band and slightly off round, one Ruby with a small surface chip.
Ring face Approx 6.4mm length and 2.4mm band width
