Victorian craftsmanship at its finest! This stunning antique, Victorian era, Sapphire and Diamond ring is a simply a dream.
Crafted in rich 18ct yellow gold this ring has a central deep blue oval cut sapphire approx 0.50ct shouldered by six old cut diamonds, three each side in a trefoil design.
The diamonds have an approximate 0.70ct total combined making this a superb sparkler and the magic and glimmer of old cut diamonds is really incomparable.
The diamonds are I-J colour and P1 clarity.
The ring has a smooth slight D profile 18ct yellow gold band making it sleek and easy to wear with all the focus on the setting.
This is a beautiful late 19th century ring and would make a very special gift or pretty engagement ring, plenty of sparkle and perfect as a birthstone ring too.

Fully hallmarked for 18ct gold, Victorian era, London Assay office 1886.
