This antique, Art Nouveau era, 9ct gold and pink paste pendant really pops.
It is a lavaliere style pendant, typically popular in the Edwardian / Art Nouveau era, they were usually light and delicate settings but with elaborate designs and skillful metalwork.
This pendant has vibrant pink paste carefully set at intervals within the rich bloomed gold setting, it features a pretty floral design to the centre with a butterfly shaped finial just below the integral bale.
A very pretty pendant and a nice unusual find in vibrant pink.
Marks and era:
It is marked AB makers mark and 9ct for 9ct gold, Art Nouveau era, C1900s.
Condition:
Good used condition overall, some light surface wear commensurate with age, minor surface wear to the stones.
Approx measurements:
1.75" length
1.10" width
Weight approx 2.04 grams.
Gemstone weights are taken within the setting and are estimated, these should be used as a guide.
