Antique Sapphire and Diamond bangle, Gypsy set, 9ct yellow gold

A gorgeous antique Victorian era Sapphire and Diamond bangle in 9ct yellow gold.

It is on the chunky side for this style of bangle which is a nice feature, it has a star or gypsy set face set with alternating blue sapphire and old cut diamonds.

The central sapphire has a lovely floral engraving.

There are gold ball finials to the edge where front meets back and the back of the bangle has a split design.

It fastens with a slide clasp, no safety chain however there are loops for a safety chain so one could easily be added.

Unmarked Victorian era, c1880s, tests as 9ct gold.
