These antique Georgian rose cut Diamond drop earrings are just so enchantingly beautiful.
You can't help but fall in love with this gorgeous pair and the twinkling old rose cut diamonds and their wonderful old charm.
The earrings are long length drop earrings, crafted in sterling silver and 9ct gold, the two main sections are designed in a floral giardinetti design set with old flat rose cut diamonds, the earrings suspended from 9ct gold ear wires.
There are two main floral drops and each of these is intercepted with tiny little silver articulated drops which add movement and shimmer.
A truly magnificent pair of Georgian era earrings with so much beauty and magic ready to be worn and loved again.
Marks and era:
Georgian era, unmarked, test as sterling silver and 9ct gold, late 18th century, c1790s.
Condition:
Good used condition overall, signs of use and wear, some general surface wear commensurate with age, some soft solder visible on the reverse from original manufacture and a couple of replacement jump rings to the drops, signs of age.
Approx measurements:

2.05" total length
0.50" width at the widest point
10.72 grams total combined weight
