Antique Duck brooch, 15ct gold and Platinum, enamel

You can't help but be charmed by this fantastic antique duck brooch.

It is a bar brooch set with a highly detailed little duck just taking flight, the duck is crafted in 15ct gold and platinum and has textured and enamel detailing.

Ducks were known to symbolise many things in jewellery from new beginnings to nurturing and care so they are wonderfully symbolic.

It is a versatile piece that could be worn a multitude of ways from a tie pin to a brooch so would make an excellent choice for gifting.

Condition:
Good used condition overall, light surface wear commensurate with age, slight bend to the bar section, bend in the pin but still closes well.
